The great thing about this local hardware store is their long time employees. Melissa has been there for a long time. She always greets customers entering the store, is helpful, knows where products can be found, and is just pleasant to interact with. It’s employees like her that make businesses successful. Thanks!
I love the new reopening. The place looks great and I couldn't wait to use my 10 dollars off for downloading the app. The people there are always helpful, kind, and always smiling!!! I love being greeted by their cats too!! ☺️ It's a must visit, if you haven't yet, you won't be disappointed!!
Melissa was very friendly and helpful helping me with a basket when my arms were full and engaged in conversation with me about a stray cat I've been feeding for the past six months or better and gave me good advice about how to move forward in trying to catch him and get him to the vet before introducing him or her to my house cat whose been watching him from the living room windows for the past 6 months and is very jealous lol. Thank you for always being friendly and informative and having the hard to find items I always seem to fund in your store!! IE flea collars, and ear mite meds for cats couldn't find at any pet store or any other stor... Tractor Supply not only didn't have any ear mite meds, but the staff seemed bothered by being asked about it and just pointed to the side of the giant store where it would be if they carried it and very odd that they carry it for other animals but not cats! It's a very common issue for cats and a pet that millions of people have and don't need to pay huge vet bills nor the trauma of the visit on the cats to provide relief of the irritations,pain and or itching caused by the mites that can cause permanent damage to their ears if left untreated. A simple treatment that some pet owners rely on due to the cost of vet visits and the simplicity of the treatment unnecessary for most cases to go to the vet but your store was the ONLY place I've been able to find them at all! They used to be sold in the family dollar and dollar general stores but no longer carry. I love that you have two kitties in the store who make you feel loved and wanted in their store as well!! Although my cat is going to be mad at me when he smells them on me lol but the toys and treats I got for him will help with that as well. You also carry dry shampoo for cats and I don't even have to explain the benefits of that!! Saved me money on bandaids and possibly stitches lol as well as the pure terror of getting wet in the tub or sink!! I'd love to bring my cat in and get his photo taken but I don't think he would enjoy the ride and fear he would get away from me and I don't wanna risk that!! But love the idea and if i still had dogs I'd bring them in for a visit I know they would enjoy the experience as I did!!! Thank you Again Melissa for your excellent customer service!!!
