What an excellent local camera store! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about photography. They always help me find exactly what I need and give great recommendations. The store is well-organized, products are high-quality, and prices are extremely fair. Highly recommend for photographers of all levels!
This business is well organized & prompt. A magnificent young lady named Illi orchestrated my order of photos from my phone to framed works of art. She was knowledgeable, charming, witty & responsive - patient with an old guy whose mastery of technology is still in his future. Go there without hesitation. You will be pleased... and the prices are reasonable.
Great customer service. A very sweet young man helped me immensely with some editing and blow up reproduction of an old photo of my grandmother. They did an incredible job. Extremely fast too! It was ready by the time I got home. I can't express enough thanks for helping to make my grandmother's service that much better.
Called last week about a point and shoot film camera and the man I spoke to on the phone said that while they did not have the model camera I wanted, a Kodak i60, that they did have comparable point and shoot film cameras. I drove in from Greensboro just now to get one, just to be told they only carry point and shoot digital cameras. It is extremely frustrating to have to drive that far for this crap. Terrible. Get workers that actually know what they’re talking about. One of the workers actually said that he didn’t know anything about cameras, only gifts. Then why on earth does he work there?
