Awesome service guy came Feb 11th. After that, no contact from Callahan's. 2 weeks now, no contact. I called a gal who didn't know anything. My email was kicked back as no response. I messenger texted, no response. After 2 days, they should have let me know if they couldn't fix my washing machine so I could call other companies. I've drove into town 2 times now to ask for help from Lowe's. I got the, "I'll make sure someone calls you within 2 days with info." 6 days later, nothing. I can't go to a laundromat as I'm dealing with a terrible side effect resulting from a medical procedure. The three guys were good. They had to make two service calls because the Allstate warranty people did not send a pump that was needed. Thru showed up on time. Were consistently responsive to me texts and expedited the second service call

This was warranty work so it was paid for. Appointment was set through the GE site so easy enough. Received a text with time frame and arrived at the last of the timeframe. Being a new dryer they used a code reader to determine issue. Less than 30 minutes. Don't carry parts so had to wait for a text to schedule. Following week was given no one came. No call or text. I called next day and they apologized and scheduled for following week. Did receive a text that individual had been in a wreck so scheduled for the following week. Finally came and repaired in less than 30 minutes. So great they fixed it but as easy as it was you'd think they woul...This was warranty work so it was paid for. From the diagnosis to the repair, Callahans appliance was exceptional. The technician was professional and understood my concerns with my stove. Everything went smoothly. The status of when the tech was to arrive and the updates throughout was a huge help in that I did not need to sit and wait for the arrival. I was able to go about my day and when I received the text of their eta, I they arrived exactly when promised.
