California Gate and Entry Systems

CG Systems has serviced one of our homeowner association communities in La Mirada for several years. The service has always been good, timely and with reasonable prices.

I will give the technical support a 5. Even though the overall is a 4. I have a had a couple issues with the app working and they have been quick to rectify it and been very responsive in assisting me with how the app works.

CG Systems installed the gate and sensors for our garage - we had recurring issues monthly only to continue to have them send technicians out every time (and charge us) to tell us the same thing and never solve the issue. When we demanded that we speak to someone and find the root of the issues we were told they could not service our gate anymore. If you are looking for the worst customer service team I have ever come in contact with in my professional career go ahead and use CG Systems!
