I'm not sure where to start. We've had nothing but problems finding a reliable contractor for the past 3 yrs. Giving up several times. Then we were told about Cadence Construction. From start to finish Shawn, Marco and the whole crew were not only professional, but kind and extremely conscience of 'intruding' upon our home. Every day they cleaned up and left the space as good as it could be. With a complete kitchen overhaul, they worked through changes and ideas, with us in mind, always. They said it would take 10 days (after cabinets were made) for completion. I was shocked when that actually happened. I was so impressed that I added a coup...I'm not sure where to start. The best part for me is the absolute attention to detail that Tyler did. A true craftsman. Even when a plaster bag 'exploded' all over, they just smiled and carried on. Thank you Shawn, Marco, Preston, Tyler and the rest of the guys, little do you know, you have become my 'go to' contractors.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The repairs were needed due to some water damage in our window sills. Marco was strait forward with communication and getting the estimate and work scheduled was a breeze. The day the work was done the contractors were friendly, professional and did a great job. We had window cranks that hadn’t been working for a while and getting those replaced will make a huge difference. I had called around before working with Cadence and hadn’t found anyone willing to replace the cranks. Other companies just wanted to upsell me on replacing the whole window and we weren’t ready to do that yet. We have more...This was a great experience from start to finish. I've been a Flagstaff resident for 40+ years and have had a lot of experience with trades and general contractors in the area. Cadence Construction is top notch and we are so grateful they were able to help us with our light home renovation.
From the initial phone call I was impressed with solid communication and prompt follow-up. Everything was self-performed with their team except for the roof replacement which was seamlessly executed and supervised through a local roofing contractor. Full interior/exterior paint, fencing, and minor repairs were superbly orchestrated. The attention to detail...If I could leave six stars, I would! Seriously.
