Mauricio was professional, detailed, and very fairly priced. He and his employees went above and beyond repairing and resurfacing my hardwood floors.

Mauricio and Milo (MC squared, lol), did great work. They work evenings and weekends, returning throughout the day to apply additional coats. Work ethic extraordinaire! Reasonable rates, great/detailed communicator and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly he listened to my needs. I needed to refinish unfinished 90 year old floors and make the final finish blend/coordinate with existing 90 year old varnished floors in the adjoining rooms. He was the only one to not tell me it couldn't be done. He came pretty close. Also had him redo the kitchen floors that were refinished professionally 10 years ago and had already worn through!... We recently had our hardwood floors refinished by Mauricio and his team, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, Mauricio was extremely professional—he took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable and informed the whole way through. His communication was excellent, which gave us total peace of mind. Both Mauricio and Maynor are true craftsmen. Mauricio did an incredible job on my floors! My sisters and I bought a 125 year old three family home that needed restoration. Mauricio and his team were attentive to our needs and our timeline. They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!
