C&J did a fantastic job installing our fence. Ryan and Pedro were very professional and delivered a high quality final product. I would highly recommend doing business with C&J fencing!
C & J Fencing did a wonderful job installing a retaining wall in our backyard in Dublin. From Rodney’s estimate, scheduling, and the completion of our project, we couldn’t have been more pleased. We received several estimates, and C & J was the best in terms of workmanship, price and availability. We highly recommend Walter and his crew. They arrived on time and finished the job in one day.. They were very professional, conscientious and highly skilled. The wall project from install to cleanup was 5 star. Also, a big thank you for the crew in taking the time to replant our shrubs and tree. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and ask for Walter’s crew when we need future projects at our home. Thanks again.
These guys were soooo good! Efficient, friendly, great work and great clean up - highly recommend!! Our new fences look amazing!
I was very disappointed to discover that while installing an new fence, C&J cut my neighbor's sprinkler lines. Instead of informing me, they did a shoddy repair job and covered it up without informing me. My neighor didn't discover the problem until a couple of months later when her plants were dying. When my neighbor raised the issue with C&J's office manager, the manager was unhelpful and rude, insisting we prove that C&J caused the problem. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth, it was obvious C&J caused it because the lines were cut right where they had dug the new fence posts. C&J eventually fixed the problem, but their poor business practices is very disturbing. It's understandable that water lines accidently get cut but that's no excuse for hiding the mistake and then denying it. I feel they can no longer be trusted, and I worry what other mistakes were made (cutting a drainage pipe?) and covered up that I'll need to deal with in the future!
Very disappointed in C&J Fencing. I wish I would have read the reviews before I hired them. My back neighbor and I agreed to a slopped panel at the corner of our yard where the yard slopes. Ryan had his crew slope the entire fence across the backyard. My previous fence was straight. I asked him to come out and take a look and he told me to send pictures. I sent him pictures and then he blamed me and my neighbor saying we asked for a slanted fence. NOT TRUE. Both my neighbor and I only agreed to slope the last panel. I asked Ryan to please be sure that the street side fence would be straight and he assured me it would. I also told him in an earlier conversation that I did not want any step ups or downs. When the street side fence was finished, there was a step up and the rest of the fence was built on the slope below my yard and basically acts as a retaining wall. I believe he had them do this on purpose because I complained about the back fence. They could have easily added another layer of the treated wood to have the fence the same height as the rest. The purpose of my fence was for privacy and the fence on the street side is lower than the other two sides. What could have been a beautiful fence turned out to be a huge disappointment and it was all because of very poor communication and greed. Be warned.
