They do excellent work when they came in today to check on my gate turns out the power supply wasn’t tightly plugged in. They fixed it and because I had a mess of wires under my desk, they went through an organized it so this won’t happen again. They’ve always done good work for us. I only wish I had it before picture of the mess of wires
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. We recently invested in a new gate system to replace some older ones we had issues with, and honestly, it's been a huge disappointment. We had two gates installed over a year ago, and they are more unreliable than the ones we had before! 😩Every service call has ended up costing us, only to face the same frustrating problems again. Apparently, our cellular service is to blame, but I wish we would have known that upfront! If you're considering this kind of investment, make sure you're in an area with solid cellular service coverage—otherwise, you're just throwing your... I then called them again and was given the response "We are very busy and will get back to your soon", After another three days, nothing from them. I called one more time after that was was given the same response about how busy they were and someone would get right back to me. The new gate controller I am seeking is a $1,600 price tag not including installation. I have never in my life had a more difficult time trying to spend $two grand. lol Obviously this company does not need the business or they just totally lack in the customer service/followup area. I mean really, someone there could not have taken a minute to phone me and say, we did not forget about you and will talk soon. I suppose they were 'too busy' to do even that. Thank my lucky stars that I realized what kind of a company they are BEFORE I spent Almost $2,000 with them. Knowing full well they will probably delete this review, it is also posted on Yelp which they cannot delete...
