He legit broke the motor on my dryer. It squeeked when it ran but everything else worked, when helmet it didn't even turn on. The washing machine he didn't even wait for the washer to be done running before he left. He came up with 2 boggus fixes with even more ridiculous quotes to fix it and then took $130 to do nothing but make the problem worse.

They came out 3 times to try and fix my elderly Mothers refrigerator and never fixed it correctly, but was able to charge her around $1000 for nothing. When she tried to reach out them that it is still not working, they quit answering her phone calls.
