I met with Will Horton to provide me with an estimate for correcting water in our crawlspace and basement. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. He was wonderful to work with and went out of his way to make certain we were taken care of. Update: Brandon, Jerome, Adam, and Brian were the crew that worked on our crawlspace and they were great! Communicated everything I needed to know, were super polite, and got the job done looking great!

Hi! So I want to share how professional and friendly the Basement Waterproofing crew was. They came out in absolutely horrible weather, yet they were friendly and on time! Kyle, Dennis and Jeff all made sure to answer any questions I had, and in addition I felt totally at ease with all three gentlemen. After the job was finished, Kyle made a few other recommendations while Jeff and Dennis did a thorough clean up. My home feels warmer and the joist they fixed really helped a lot! I recommend these guys highly!

William was wonderful! Very patient and explained everything thoroughly, and knowledgeably. How he got around in our crawlspace I'll never know, but he did! My husband was also quite pleased with William, as he arrived quite a ways into William's visit. No matter. William covered everything all over again so my hubs knew what was going on. If you need crawlspace work, give these guys a call. You'll be glad you did!
