I brought my wedding ring in to be resized, cleaned, and repaired due to my center stone being loose. I’m not joking when I say it looks better now than the day I got it. The process was effortless and everyone was extremely friendly. Their work speaks for itself!

What another wonderful experience. I walked into this shop expecting to pay for a service that Britten says it’s complementary for his customers. Just needed my ring inspected and cleaned. He did more than expected. Received my ring back looking like new. I just took it to another local box store and they cleaning didn’t compare to BVW. The box store wanted to ship my ring out for a week, hell no. He did it all within minutes. While I was there, I bought a couple new unique pieces of jewelry to add to my collection, what beautiful work. I would recommend these jewelers to everyone! They have always been professional in every way. I had them make a custom ring and mount 2 stones for a necklace for Christmas presents. They completed the work ahead of schedule and for less money than they quoted me! The completed jewelry was perfect and my wife loved it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
