Dustin and Tamera were great in helping me find a very specific part for a dishwasher. Other companies didn't even try to help me out and they had to go out of their way to actually find and get the part for me! Highly recommend this business!!!

Ken at Buy Right Appliance Parts is the best. I needed a special part he didn’t have in stock, and he went out of his way to order it, pick it up the same day, and call me as soon as it came in. A week later, I came back because another part on my washer went out. Ken listened to what I’d already replaced, looked everything over, and told me straight up that the control board was too expensive to be worth fixing. He could’ve just sold me the part, but instead he was honest and told me I’d be better off getting a new washer. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare. Ken genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. I... Ken at Buy Right Appliance Parts is the best.
