Definitely five stars. Zach got to my house in an hour or so. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He made a plan and executed it quickly while educating me and answering questions along the way. I always brace for impact when it comes to HVAC repair services, but in this case the price seemed fair enough. Much appreciated.
Matthew, my Busy Bee technician, was very kind and knowledgeable. He called about 20 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He found the issue (electrical fire!!! Eeeeek!) within 10 mins of arriving to my home. He talked through the options so I understood what was available. He also had the parts to fix everything, and my heat was back on after the issue was fixed. Busy Bee was easy to schedule and work with. Matthew was great, kind and respectful of my home and space. They were also the most cost effective as I called around. I would hire them again for HVAC or plumbing issues.
Polite, knowledgeable and not just on time but early. Provided a quote, explained and didn’t hard sell. Competent which is awesome these days. Took his time to fix the issue which I appreciate.
Very thorough inspection - My buyer scheduled a HVAC inspection on a property he is buying. Our technician Chris was thorough, gave us much needed information regarding the age, condition, expected life span of units as well as quotes for issues that were found. We really appreciated that he helped us uncover issues before we were surprised with them during a hot summer or a cold winter.
