Excellent auto mechanic. Been taking our cars/truck here for years. Good quality work and very fair pricing. In fact when we first found Burns we still wanted a second opinion on bigger repairs and multiple times his bid was much more reasonable priced than his competitors. Several times they have gone the extra mile customer service wise as well. Couldn't be happier we have such a great mechanic in Layton.

Brannon and the team at Burns have worked on a few of my cars over the years, and they’re always great to work with. They recently worked on my Jetta, which had a bunch of issues, and they did an awesome job. Fair prices, quality work, and trustworthy people. Definitely recommend them.

Awesome place!! You get to talk to the mechanics one on one and get all of your questions answered. I love that they give HONEST recommendations of what needs to be done and what can wait. No BS, no pushy up-selling. Great people! Great work!! Highly recommended!! Had a full valve/seat job done on heads for my Subaru and the results exceeded my expectations. The engine runs and idles smoother than I ever imagined it could!!

The price was a little bit high. Not too much high for what work they did. I received the vehicle back and not all the bolts were tight and um, they sent me on a rollercoaster, told me he was junk told me it wasn't until they finally figured out what was wrong with it, and I had to pay for all that. But overall, the people there are great and I had a good experience. They got it running like I wanted. I had to finish fixing it, but oh well

The folks at Burns Automotive were amazing. We were having major vehicle issues while visiting from out of town and they were able to fit us into their busy schedule and took time to talk through our options with us and give us some very helpful recommendations without trying to get us to pay for any expensive or unnecessary repairs. Just really appreciated that. We took their advice and things worked out well for us. I'm definitely recommending them to my family/friends who live in the area.
