Pleasant, reasonable,. I took a couple of chainsaw chains in to have a link taken out. He did it right away I was in-and-out in 10 minutes. I was curious how this process was done. He invited me to come back into the shop to observe how he was doing it and walked me through the steps of how it was done. Great customer service will definitely recommend him to others
My original review was 5 Stars when it looked like if my hedge trimmer couldn't be fixed under warranty I would be sent a new one in a couple of weeks. Well, 3 months later I got my hedge trimmer back. I would call every couple of weeks and I got: we're waiting on a part, that didn't fix it, ordered another part that didn't work, ordered another part which arrived and I was promised a phone call on 9/11, it didn't happen. They did thank me for my patiences about the situation. I called on 9/18 and it was ready I was asked do you want it shipped or pick it up ? I said after 3 months you can ship it.
