Had our second service call on our 20 year old pellet stove today. This is our third season with it. It was making a noise that bothers the wife. Of course wouldn't when Dan the tech was here. We found Dan to be friendly and knowledgeable. Also very honest. I would have paid to have a part replaced but he didnt really want to as it is not clear it was failing. He reassured us there was no safety issue and gave us information on how to help determine the problem. This is a business that wants to develop long term relationships with their customers. All of our contacts via phone or in person have been 5 stars!! Highly recommend them!!!

Our initial contact at builders wholesale was with Chris their sales representative, who came out and measured our area for installation of a Pellet Stove. Our second contact was actually the installers that came to put in our stove, which was Robby, Chad, and one of their new hires every experience we had with builders wholesale was beyond our expectations. The installation went smoothly. They stayed until everything was working correctly, and we were happy I highly recommend this company and their staff who go beyond the calling to make a customer happy thank you.

Dan provided great service, and explained the process as he was doing the work. My gas fireplace hadn't been serviced in over 10 years. It's now cleaned up and working great.

Builders Wholesale was recommended to me by my sister. She told me they were the best in Prescott AZ. She was right. They arrived on time, installed my fireplace insert, did not leave a mess and were done when they said they'd be done. Great services. I'd use them again. I highly recommended them!
