We had an excellent experience taking both of our cars into Buds! It’s such a relief to find a mechanic we can trust being new in town. Bud and his wife Teri went above and beyond to get our cars fixed up quickly and for a really affordable price. Teri sent us a handwritten note in the mail to thank us for our business the first time we came in, and the second time she personally picked me up from my house so I could get my car and not have to take a taxi. I highly recommend them and I’m so thankful we found Buds! They are one of a kind. 10/10 fantastic service and kind people we can trust! Thank you!!

Purchased a vehicle from almost 1,000 miles away from Woodhouse Ford down the road from Bud's. Had Bud's perform a pre-purchase inspection for peace of mind, and could not say enough good things about them. Answered the phone with a very friendly tone and conversed with me for more than just business. I decided to go with them as they are not far from Woodhouse and their true local customers appear to have nothing but good things to say. I will add to them, what a genuinely nice experience with Bud's even though I never left Tennessee! I fully trusted that they gave the vehicle a good look and they even brought up very minor 'issues' that some shops would just consider 'normal' and not disclose (ex: wear and tear on key fob) I could tell it was important to them for me to understand the full picture of the purchase I was making and they seem very knowledgable about Ford vehicles. If I was local or when I find myself in Omaha to watch another Vols national championship, I would certainly trust them to service my vehicle. What a breath of fresh air to talk to such friendly people. Thank you for helping out from a far! Very very reasonably priced used vehicle inspection I might add! Happy with my purchase and very happy with the decision to have Bud's give it a look prior to finalizing the deal.

I wish I could give Buds more than 5 stars
My grandma went to the Chrysler Dealership in Blair because she had a noise in the front right, the Dealership recommended $2000 in brake parts. I told my grandma at that price it would be best to get a second look. I called up Buds and had the best conversation with the receptionist so I scheduled the appointment with them. After my grandma took it in they found the FR wheel bearing going out. They replaced it for less than $150 and sent her on her way.
I am so impressed with this shop, they didn't have to treat my grandma so nice, they could have screwed her over like the dealership. BUT they...I wish I could give Buds more than 5 stars
