Budget Transmission got meeting in and out during the holidays. They were very nice and easy to work with. They made me feel confident that I was in good hands. What's even better is the warranty their work. I would highly recommend you use them for your transmission needs. Had my truck for about a week now, and everything works like it should.
Being new to AR, I took a gamble and chose Budget Transmission out of the blue the Saturday morning my transmission went out. From the first contact and communication the following Monday morning, I was very pleased. They were friendly and easy to work with. I thought it would be a few days before they would be able to evaluate my car; but, within a few hours they had called me with an update. They were patient and understanding while I made a decision as to what I was going to do with my vehicle. They made sure my vehicle was in a safe and secure place in the meantime.
