At no fault of Damon and Final Measure, the order he placed for our Carpet got lost in a new software system that Mohawk had just deployed. On the day, our carpet was supposed to be delivered to Austin, Texas, it was not. Turns out that Mohawk lost the order in the system. Instead of contacting me with an apology, or contacting me to ask if we could delay the install, Damon, without soliciting my opinion, drove his work truck from Austin, Texas all the way to Dalton, Georgia to pick up the carpet. All to keep the carpet installation on schedule and to make the customer happy! Let’s just say I was beyond happy with the entire experience and absolutely happy with the quality of Carpet and the installation! Damon is a standup businessman that stands behind his work and his word. You cannot go wrong with Final Measure for any of your flooring needs!
