I couldn't be happier with Brad and everyone at Budget! Today I picked my Pontiac up after the third power steering pump was installed. Faulty parts are absolutely no black mark on Budget Automotive, that's on the parts manufacturer. The work done was sound, and Budget Automotive went above and beyond to make things right before sending me down the road. I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else!

I had a great experience here! They replaced my downstream O2 sensor, got me in quickly, and had my car running perfectly again. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra — just honest, straightforward service. They’re also very kid-friendly, which means a lot to me as a mom. The guy always offers my toddler a sucker and makes us feel welcome whenever I have to bring him along. It’s such a relief to find a shop that’s not only reliable but also thoughtful about their customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back! On top of that! Cheapest in Springfield!
