Our business has been working with Buckeye Horizon for months and our experience with them has been tremendous. The value for their services are the best we've encountered in the past 3 years of using a variety of HVAC specialist company's. There's a personal touch and a bedside manner that I've not received from any other company we've dealt with. These guys do great work. As a real estate professional of 25+ years, I need reliable, knowledgeable contractors (who make me look good) to refer to my clients. This company is that! My furnace had quit working while I was at work when the temperature were in the single digits. Cycled power to it several times and it started working. Called Buckeye Horizon the following morning, they had someone out that morning. He found some styrofoam “peanuts” in the blower. Since he was already there I had the technician do a furnace inspection to verify everything was working properly Co2 output was good. Found a suspicious part. Had a new one ordered. That was on Friday the part was in by Monday part installed on Wednesday. When the old part was removed it fell apart in the technicians hand. Grateful and happy with the service.

Our new gas fireplace is amazing! Jonah and the crew took great care of us. Worked fast, efficiently, were very friendly, and even went the extra mile to find us decorative rocks.

Buckeye Technician Mitchell Saterfield and his helper flushed our Bradford White tankless water heater. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. We’ll definitely have them out next year to do the same.
