Without giving too much information that may not be meant for all public persons these people saved me when my freezer went out that I had just filled with 150 years of fresh creamed corn along with all the country vegetables for the season it was full. Their kindness, their professionalism, and everything else about them I regard with very high Accolades. They were a blessing to me. I would rate them the highest possible writing and then some.

Best professional residential and commercial appliances anywhere! They have Thermador, Wolfe and Bosch gas sstoves and range tops which is Top of the line. They also have custom counter tops and flooring. They are a top of the line company!

Ordered a subzero refrigerator (amazing fridge check out online). These are so nice and well built. Hiccups from MFG on arrival window but was resolved and product delivered. B&S delivery and install was awesome. Not a single scratch to fridge or anything in my home as that was a concern considering how big it was. Thanks again!

I had made an order and put 50% down on a dishwasher that wasn't it stock and that I waited for a year before canceling. Which wasn't the problem. I had to make almost all efforts to get updates. Received responses such as I was busy with customers or got busy and forgot. I received better updates as to why that brand isn't going to be available for a while from a different company. I even asked if they could find another brand comparable I could buy, but they forgot to look into it. I finally asked for a refund, and they complied with no problem.
