I’ve known about Bruce Auto for a while. I do a lot of my own work, but when it gets beyond my capabilities, I turn to Bruce’s shop to get it done and done right. They’re prompt, upfront, and have never jerked me around.
Most recently I needed some work done, and brought it in. There was some disparity between myself and the shop on the work that needed to be performed to resolve my issue. But hey, I’m just an enthusiast, not a professional mechanic.
Long story short, this shop went WAY above and beyond any expectations anyone would have to make things right. This has cemented this shop not as the best in town, but the ONLY shop I would EVE...I’ve known about Bruce Auto for a while. I have been bringing my car to Bruce’s for about 2 years and each time I am more impressed by their workmanship and pricing but I am always blown away by their strong sense of ethics. This garage has no interest in taking advantage of you - in fact, every single person I have interacted with has demonstrated a genuine desire to look out for my best interests. They speak to you with respect and have never hesitated to explain something once or twice for me so that I can make an informed decision. Their workmanship speaks for itself. I recommend this shop to everyone.
