Brown’s handled my roof repairs after a hail storm. They were wonderful to work with, they were timely, efficient and honest! They dealt with the insurance company so that saved me a great deal of stress. They kept me up to date and informed throughout the process. They cleaned up all the trash and debris when they were finished. They answered every question I had in a timely manner, and I had MANY! I have to preface my review by saying that after Hurricane Helene, Brown Roofing came to repair a flat roof over my sunroom. The job was not well done. That being said, after I contacted them again, they went completely out of their way to make sure my roof was completely repaired to everyone's satisfaction. This included a second complete re-roof because the crew left some materials out. They did NOT STOP until the roof and surrounds were done right. There is a lot to be said for customer service! Any contractor can have an unfortunate time with a crew. But Brown's kept at it, politely and at a loss to themselves.
