Brothers Floor Covering

I had a great experience working with Brothers to install the floors in our new home. We went into the showroom to ask about replacing the old carpet with LVP before we moved in, and Andrew was very friendly and helpful in showing us different samples and answering any questions we had. He came by the house to take measurements, and we discovered that there were old hardwood floors under the carpet in three of the rooms. Time for a change of plan! I had Brothers do two different jobs at two different properties recently, and I am very happy with both of them. I really liked that they had managers walk the jobs with the workers and with us before starting, and that managers came by every day (sometimes multiple times) and at the end as they continued to check on things for quality and any questions we had. Also, when the guys discovered a way they could improve on what we agreed to and discussed it with the managers, the kitchen job finished EARLY and cost almost $700 LESS than we had originally agreed to. We are in the process of finishing our 2400sf basement. We decided on Coretec Jerome Oak throughout. We had a great experience with Brothers Floor Covering from start to finish. They did a thorough job measuring and quoting. They were flexible with the timing of the installation. The team that installed our flooring was efficient and professional. Our floor is perfect! I would definitely use them in the future.
