Friendly and helpful ladies at the service desk. Rented a log splitter. Spent an hour trying to crank it and keep it running. It would run for 30 seconds and die. Finally got it running. Stopped for lunch and had the same trouble getting it running again . When I returned it, I told the gentleman about the issue and the trouble I had getting it to run. His response was, “Did you get the job done? That’s all that matters.” He didn’t care that I had trouble and didn’t seem to care about fixing it. Sorry to say I will not rent there again.

I couldn’t get any help from the lady that was there. She didn’t have time I guess. Couldn’t get a price on a lawnmower, she just said her cheapest is 4000.I didn’t ask her that. I asked her what was the price on the ones in front of the store, she said she didn’t know which one I was talking about. There was only two out there, she didn’t bother to come see. I won’t be buying there.

Well run business, not very friendly but they do seem to run a tight ship although the equipment I received wasn’t cleaned very well. Everything went well and worked well. Pickup and drop off pretty easy
