Bromwell's

We worked with Bromwell's to build some new custom fireplace doors for our home after a remodel. They were exceedingly helpful and professional in helping us pick the best design for our room and functionality. When the doors arrived, they were installed expertly and without issue. The doors are perfect. The people were great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bromwell recently installed my wood burner fireplace and they were helpful from start to finish. They came onsite to help me pick the best unit for my home, and their installers are amazing. JT is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Bromwell's installed an Eiklor Flames fireplace fifteen years ago. It has worked wonderfully for that period of time. For the first fire of this year, the fireplace did not work. They sent Jacob out to fix it. Jacob cleaned and refurbished the entire fireplace. It is like a brand-new fireplace. He tells me the fireplace should be cleaned and refurbished every five years. OOPS! We have had the fireplace on every day of this cold spell and love it. Thank you, thank you Jacob and thank you Browell's for the excellent fireplace.

We had our gas fireplace serviced today by Bromwell. We also purchased this fireplace there as well. I want to say how amazing this service was by Bethany! She was able to get our insert working even better than new. We were having low flame issues and she was able to fix and she was also very communicative, great around our dogs, and very thorough! Thank you answer we will be scheduling you back in one year!

My fireplace tech Bethani did an amazing job today for my scheduledtune up!! She was prompt, professional, answered all of my questions and even helped me get even more out of my fireplace by adjusting it to a lower flame level. I have been wanting this for years but noone even an electrician I hired couldn't help me. Amazing results. She was so helpful and efficient. Thank you Bethani!!!
