Long-time customer (10 years) of BrittAir – excellent company all around. Technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, and courteous. Customer Service is exceptional. Jesse was here today to do routine maintenance on the heating/cooling heat pump for my condo. He was very efficient and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat – very good people.
Britt-Air continues to be a great service provider. Jesse Fernandez was on site today for our semi-annual service and as usual did an excellent job. His work is always completed in a professional fashion. He has excellent customer service skills and is always looking for ways to help improve the service he provides. I have said it before - He is a credit to Britt-Air and one of the many reasons we stick with Britt Air .
I highly recommend Britt Air. During an Arctic blast, Jesse saved my broken heating system and probably saved a lot more than that. As temperatures plummeted he arrived promptly, politely explained the problems, and fixed them. He even got the temperamental thermostats to work. Although I don’t have enough experience to judge pricing, I know it was better than the alternative! I won’t hesitate to call the company again for maintenance or servicing.
Deleted my 5 star review from last year, ever since they merged with M&R I’ve been extremely disappointed in the customer service. I have a 92yr old senior in the house and cannot be waiting a week for repairs or put on waitlists. This has happened twice now - once this summer during the heatwave and just this week. I’ve found an alternative service provider who can get us the help we need in a more proactive and caring way.
