Paul is a pleasure to work with. Highly attentive to detail and professional. He was able to pinpoint and fix network issues I was experiencing at my office. He also provided advice for updates with my network and computer. It's rare to find someone near King experienced with Mac based systems. I put in a ticket to have my laptop repaired. My hinge have broken after a previous warranty repair. Although it did take a while for my ticket to be processed it was definitely worth it. I was able to keep up with the repair process due to very thorough and constant communication about the process. Everything was explained and I was given an opportunity to accept repairs before any additional work outside of the initial quote was completed. The photos of all of the damage and work being completed from the business was very helpful as well!
