My home has been a rental for the past 6 years. I have been an absentee landlord. The last of my tenants moved out a couple of months ago. My entire home had suffered neglect, especially the ceramic tile floors. I made an appointment with Brillo Restoration to clean my floors. Rafael is very personable, yet professional. I was especially impressed that he had a small, narrow brush that he used manually to clean all of the grout in between the individual tiles, before using a powered, circular brush to clean the tile. Excellent service! I have ceramic tiles floor and the tiles & grout needed to be cleaned. Rafael, the owner, did an estimate and explained to me the different options I have to restore my floor. I chose to have the grout colored and sealed. Rafael and his men did an excellent job. They did all the things that he said they will do and the price is very fair. I will definitely recommend this company for floor restoration. Thank you Rafael.
