Very friendly and they speak non-geek. Prices are reasonable and very knowledgeable (as far as i can tell). I am not very tech savy but they have been easy to work with and never took advantage of my ignorance. I am a many time repeat customer with a home office.
Randy was great handling a PC issue with my desktop. I called ahead and after explaining my problem, Randy told me to bring it in. I had never been here before, but the directions were easy to understand. Randy greeted me with a smile and we talked over the issue and I left my tower with him and his tech to diagnose. They said it was complementary which I thought was great business. They called me back with the results in the time they said they would and we discussed options from there. I ended up declining any repairs due to the age of my machine, but Randy gave me great direction going forward. No pressure to fix it, just honest and reliab...
