Overall we were pleased with our experience with Bridgetown, however a few things took away from the best possible experience. +Very competitive pricing +Pleased with quality of work done -Final result looks great -Contractors left red chimney bricks dirty and did not clean -Contractors dug holes for scaffolding and did not repair -Contractors sprayed windows with debris from service and did not clean
A great crew rebuilt our chimney. Respectful, fun, great to work with. Due to a supply issue with the original brick type, we were able to go to their supplier and select our bricks. Our chimney looks great, and the black caps are stunning!!
I’ve had Bridgetown inspect and clean my fireplace yearly for several years. They’re always on time, communicate well, and are very professional and knowledgeable. This year they did the inspection and said my chimney is clean so it doesn’t need to be cleaned this year; I imagine many companies would “clean” it anyway and charge full price for the cleaning. I will continue to use Bridgetown for my chimney needs and highly recommend them to friends sand family.
