We started by having Brick Street maintaining our flower beds. We enjoyed that experience and are now having them maintain ALL of our landscaping. They arrive ready to get everything done and then they are gone. They are quick and very efficient. Thank you Brickstreet Lawn and Landscaping!
Brick Street is awesome to work with!!! They take care of any requests we ask them to do beyond just regular maintenance. We highly recommend them for your lawn service.
They started out great, super friendly and the quality was top notch. Then they grew, the quality dropped , customer service declined, several no shows, incomplete or poor quality service. No return calls when from the lead or owner when issues arose. After they fogot to mow the side yard we sent an text making them aware, We get a reply - check your e mail. We then noticed 2 sprinkler heads were destroyed. E mail says- we can no longer support your lawn, no notice just dropped the contract, however on my end they require a 30 day notice. I have a string on unanswered texts and call logs with NO replies. ZEREO reply from the owner, not... They started out great, super friendly and the quality was top notch. Reliable, trustworthy and attention to detail – yes, that’s exactly what you get with Brick Street Lawn Service. I have never had to ask them to “redo” any project. Their employees are courteous and do a great job. (which includes – always closing the doggie gate!) I highly recommend their services. Linda Livingston
The Brickstreet just completed 2 courtyard projects for me - cleaned out weeds & old plants, removed stumps, installed weed mats & covered in rocks. They did the most awesome job! Their crew was fast, efficient, & friendly. I recommend them for any outside projects such as this and intend to use them again. They are great!
