Needed our oven repaired. Called Brian's company based on numerous good reviews. Turned out to be an excellent decision. Brian immediately identified the problem, made the repair, tested the repair (and everything else), all while giving a thorough, knowledgeable and understandable explanation of the entire process. I would highly recommend him for any and all appliance needs.
Brian repaired my dryer, cleaned out and repaired my broken and clogged exhaust vent in about an hour for a very reasonable price. I am more than happy with his work and the dryer is running great. He told me how I could maintain the exhaust vent to prevent future clogs. Brian was kind and courteous, and I highly recommend him for appliance repair!
I just want to say, I couldn't be happier! From the booking phone call - my mom said super friendly! Fast scheduling, he was able to come out the next day & was on time! Brian was friendly, respectful and professional. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix my dishwasher in no time at all! He was also very informative while he was diagnosing the problem. He also recommended exactly what to buy to hopefully prevent a future problem! I highly recommend & will be using him again !
