I waited a couple of months before doing this review because I wanted to make sure the unique repair they performed was able to hold. I have 100 pound escape artist Shepherd, who has absolutely destroyed my old and poorly installed chain-link fence from a different vendor. When I had Brentwood Fence come out and take a look at it , it was an absolute disaster. During the free consultation, the gentleman fixed some incorrectly, installed hardware on the spot, solving one of our escape points instantly and didn’t charge me anything.
Eric‘s crew came out a few weeks later and did an absolutely marvelous job rehabbing my terrible old Fence. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Our dog has not been able to escape in months and the chain-link is still tight and in great shape despite my dog making several attempts to get out. They were upbeat and friendly, and worked at a really good pace, finishing hours sooner than I assumed that they would. The younger guy who was here even took the time to meet my very large and intimidating dog, who is actually a very friendly marshmallow.
I was super impressed with the work the day of and months later. I’m still impressed with it. Eric and his crew did a fantastic job and I’m happy to recommend them to anybody. We were so impressed that We’ve left their sign up through the winter on the front lawn for any of our neighbors looking at getting fencing work done in the spring.

Brentwood Fence just completed the installation of what was meant to be a code compliant fence surrounding a pool on my property. I gave them 3 stars because: 1) the fence they installed contains three spots where a person and/or animal can get in and out (see pics), 2) Brentwood's installation crew burnt newly laid sod by the pool by leaving building materials and tools on it. They also hit a raised flower bed with their truck and 3) I was billed $1,400 + over the quote. This overcharge was attributed to a $75 upcharge/hole for drilling into ledge. They did not drill into ledge but rather into cement slabs on top of a retaining wall. The thing is, the fence did not have to go on top of the retaining wall as there was adequate space to locate the fence 18" in front and away from the wall. The Brentwood salesman and I discussed that that is how the fence would be installed. That direction did not get to the crew.
