Was very knowledgeable about helping me fix my Xbox one 2-3 years ago.Very good at his job!

I just want to say how awesome he is, was able to get my gaming PC in very quickly compared to the shop that I had before him, the person couldn't find out what was wrong with it in 3 days. Brent was able to find out what was wrong with it and less than an hour! Is extremely knowledgeable. Helped me upgrade many things on my PC tower that was needed. Extremely patient, he has made a customer out of me permanently.! I plan on going to him from now on for all of my PC issues and all of my electronics. Very reasonably priced if I could I'd give 100 stars :)

Fixed my son's phone only to have the screen peel back on a device that's supposed to be water proof. Now Brent won't return my VM to get this fixed. It's a hit or miss if you can ever get him to answer let alone call you back.

Had my printer for over a month, saying he could fix it. He never even looked at it. It was still setting in the same place as when I dropped it off. He may do fine with other things but I would not have him fix a printer. Also left several messages without a return phone call.

Well where do I start hmm I contacted Brent after getting screwed over on an Xbox purchase I knew I wouldn’t get my money back but I could at least see how it would be to get it fixed I was quoted a little over a 150 or so dollars for three things that needed done I thought the price was fair and we agreed to bring it in and he would take a look well I called a few days later and said I just wanted to get the over heating fixed so it was dropped off and I go the call about 2weeks later it was ready I called in between to see what was going on he hadn’t even started it yet i t wasn’t being worked on at all in my opinion anyways got the Xbox b...
