From my very first call about my garage door, I got fantastic service. Bremerton Garage Door Service made sure someone could come out to my home in Bremerton the same day I reached out. Wyatt, the technician, arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable about garage door repairs. He took his time to make sure everything was fixed correctly and the door was working smoothly before he left. Later, I called back with a question, and the staff was just as helpful and friendly as before. If you need garage door repair or service and want people who truly care about their work, I highly recommend this company.

We had Bremerton Garage Door Service install our garage door openers when we moved into our home, and the process was smooth and professional. Later, when a spring broke on one of our garage doors, they came out and replaced it quickly, making the whole repair easy for us. Most recently, after someone in our family accidentally closed the garage door on a car, which damaged a few parts, Wyatt arrived promptly and got everything fixed up. Now, our garage doors work even better than before. The service was excellent and the pricing was fair. I really appreciate being able to rely on a trusted local garage door company.

When I finally got through to a helpful company, the person on the phone told me they hear this all the time from customers. He recommended a local team that is certified to sell, install, and repair garage doors. When I called, I spoke with Emily and explained my garage door problem. She let me know that if their technicians found anything else like rollers or other parts that needed to be repaired or replaced for my garage door to work properly, there might be an extra charge. She gave me a clear estimate for the initial service. Wyatt and Calvin, the two technicians who came to my home, did a fantastic job. They were friendly, efficient, and very professional. There were no surprises or hidden fees like I experienced with other companies. The whole process was smooth, and my garage door works perfectly now. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely recommend them to friends and family in Bremerton.
