Brandon and his team were wonderful to work with! We had gone to multiple jewelers around town about fixing my wedding ring, and we weren’t impressed with any of them. Our experience here was completely different from the moment we walked in. The young lady who helped us was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sooooooo incredibly happy with my ring! I had an idea in my mind and Brandon made it come to life! When I came to see the progress of the ring, I was happy to move forward with everything we had discussed as it mostly matched what I had asked for. However, I received a text later that he wasn’t satisfied with how it was coming along and that he decided to start again. After visiting some other jewelry stores, I went by Brandon Adam’s shop. I took an my engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary band & a separate. Brandon and his staff went above and beyond making sure my rings were taken care of and not just fixed. A new setting that’s more durable for my engagement ring, fixed broken anniversary band and replaced a diamond & resized the separate ring. Great knowledge, speedy service & great pricing
