Amazing service and communication. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and they even let me show up an hour early for my appointment when my plans changed. Mike was so helpful, courteous and professional. He even updated me throughout the whole service. I highly recommend Brakes Plus for all your needs!

I had a great experience at Brakes Plus in Longmont. From inspection to full brake and rotor replacement, I was in and out in a couple of hours. They don't confuse things by offering a long list of options. They just use high quality parts, and you can choose whether to buy an extended warranty. Mike was extremely professional, and the overall experience was seamless. I will definitely use Brakes Plus in Longmont again.

Fantastic experience, these guys saved my entire day. Found out my brakes lights were out from a good Samaritan, went to the auto store and got new bulbs and stopped in to brakes plus next door to inquire what it would cost to fix them, as I have a honda accord and it's a bit tricky. They immediately helped me out, and went out of their way to make this the best experience I could have asked for. Special shoutout to Nick for being extra helpful and speedy with service. We live in Mead, Colorado. We only took our vehicles to Mike Johnson at Brakes Plus shop when he the manager in Firestone. He handled all our repair needs for a number of years and the only one we trust. He is very knowledgeable and the service was always outstanding. Now that he is at the Longmont Brakes Plus, we will drive the extra miles to go see him. We recommend Mike to all our friends and family.
