Brake Masters #167

So I took my Hyundai here about three weeks ago. I was having several issues with the vehicle. The kinda of problems where you don’t want to hear how much it’s going to cost. I needed new rotors and a new AC kit. I’m not going to say how much cause then people don’t realize every car is different. But they really took care of me. Kat is awesome some people don’t care for her upfront bluntness because there too weak to hear the truth. This girl is Aces in my book. John is a super cool guy he is very straight forward and in my opinion very honest guy as well. Listen folks nobody is perfect and not all repairs fix the issue first time.... Read full review

Very disappointed with this shop! Several reasons! Then on top of it all. Customer service from manager was very poor to say the least! If zero stars were an option I would of selected it! This shop did not do the work they stated from the beginning. We had to take vehicle back the same day after John the manager said it was " good to go" check engine light was still on ,amongst other things not fixed. I listened to John speak to my husband on the phone this past weekend. He was very rude, unprofessional and Blamed his attitude on not feeling well! Replaced our cat converters the same day we brought our truck in, as a walk-in customer. Did a great job on it, and at a fair price. I've used them for previous brake work too, and pleased with the outcome. I will return for any future work that's within their scope.
