Sam Bradley and his father Joe are some of the most honest guys you will ever come across in the construction industry. They must have about 80 or so years of combined experience, and are some of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve met. Bradley construction will always treat you kindly and the price is just right. Great company with great guys! They have done multiple roofs and remodel jobs for me and I’m always pleased at the end of the day! Nice to still have a good, honest family company to call as Bloomington and the surrounding area grows. Can’t recommend enough 10 stars.

I had a roof leak that was caused by some previous installation of a vent pipe and chimney enclosure. Sam researched how to resolve the problem and while the crew replaced my roof, he and his dad built a chimney enclosure that worked and looked good. Even though they spent extra time and material they did not charge me more than what he estimated. They and the crew who works with them are friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job. They installed a few days before the tornado came through and I didn’t lose any shingles. I have a beautiful roof and am very happy with my roof, and the gutters and gutter guards they installed. We had a great experience with Bradley Roofing Company. They replaced our roof last year, and it still looks excellent. The workmanship was top quality, and everything was completed as promised. They also walked us through the insurance and claims process, making it simple and stress-free. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough nice things about Bradley Roofing & Construction. We had our house sided with Hardy-Plank a few years ago by the Bradley's so we were already familiar with their quality work and attention to detail. Most recently, I called Mr. Bradley about some roof damage from a severe wind storm that had went through the area. He was onsite the next day to assess the damage. It was an older roof, so it ended up in need of replacement. He helped coordinate the claim with insurance, pointing out specific damages that I would not have known to look for.
