David is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! He went through almost the entire anatomy and function of my unit so I could better understand what was going on. I would recommend him to anyone! Got signed up for the annual maintenance plan for both heating and air at a great price!
Brackett Heating & Air did a fantastic job. They were honest about what I actually needed, made helpful recommendations to improve my furnace’s lifetime and efficiency, and were incredibly thorough during their inspection. While in the crawlspace, they even caught a plumbing leak from another company’s recent install. Not only that, they took videos of the leak so I could clearly show and accurately explain the issue to the plumbing company. That level of detail and transparency meant a lot. I truly appreciated their professionalism and integrity. Highly recommend!
Brackett has always done an amazing job. They have installed a HVAC and tankless water heater at my home prior. This time my water heater went out and they replaced it quickly. I am very impressed with their service. They have done all my work in a timely manner and are all very professional and polite. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
