Please don't use these people. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This company came to replace the steps to our house. They're beyond awful. Starting with the communication: They just showed up and started demolishing our steps around 8am, no communication, didn't tell us they were there or who they were, just started demolishing. We left for work while they were working, and came back to the most pathetic attempt at steps possible. The contractors working on the house next door even stopped over while we were outside and said "who did your steps? They're terrible". They tore down our concrete steps, and wood railing (partially). They replaced... Please don't use these people. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This company came to replace the steps to our house. They're beyond awful. Starting with the communication: They just showed up and started demolishing our steps around 8am, no communication, didn't tell us they were there or who they were, just started demolishing. We left for work while they were working, and came back to the most pathetic attempt at steps possible. The contractors working on the house next door even stopped over while we were outside and said "who did your steps? They're terrible". They tore down our concrete steps, and wood railing (partially). They replaced them with all different sized wood steps (steps should be uniform in size). Each step is so small you can't even fit your whole foot on a step. Google can tell you how wide steps are supposed to be. Each step is beyond not level. They didn't even replace one side of the railing, so one side is super old rotting wood and the other is new. They just stacked wood behind each step, instead of cutting it to size to make the steps fit, they just attached them and stacked the new step on top so it wasn't level. When we asked them about this they said "oh that's just new wood, it'll settle". The cement they used for the bottom step, they just left a giant mass of it in our garden to make it unusable. They attached bracing to the wood around the concrete to attach to the railing, but I'm guessing they forgot that wood came off because now there's just a stupid gap for nothing. When we brought all this up, they came out and "fixed it" which included just taking the braced wood off the concrete. We've since had to remove the backing wood to fix the steps. Once we did that, we also realized they just left all their trash under our steps. They left all kinds of trash in our yard and on our porch. A person watching Youtube how-to videos could have done better work. If you value your money, or what you want your work to look like, do not use this company.

Well this past spring I hired a mason to do some work at the house. Not a huge job but still $9000.00. They told me the work they need to clean up is “cosmetic”. Look at the pics and tell me the cosmetic parts compared to the failed structural work. The lesson is , always vet your contractors. No matter how much you like them. Do not hire Anthony Prior. To small claims court claims court we go. See pics for his quality craftsmanship that he takes such great pride in.

The response to our complaint is "Please reach out to us directly to discuss your concerns further and work towards a resolution"!?!?! We HAVE reached out MUILTIPLE times. Owner came out and agreed the job was not done properly but then he ghosted us! We have now had to hire a lawyer. Stay far far away from this contractor!!
