We had a fantastic experience with Bowden Fence. The crew worked efficiently, finished the job ahead of schedule, and the final result looks amazing. Any small issues we noticed were quickly resolved within hours. A special shoutout to Joe - on the first day, a heavy rainstorm rolled in and he sent the crew home. But when the rain cleared, he turned around and came back by himself, working late into the evening to keep the project on track. That level of dedication really stood out. We’ve gotten several compliments from neighbors, and we’re so glad we chose Bowden. Highly recommend!

I see others have let the same review I'm about to leave. Called them, they sent someone out to get an idea of my needs. Was told I would get a quote to me within a day or two and I've heard nothing back, gave them a week and no response on a quote, called and left a voicemail as well and still no response. I'd be hesitant to work with these folks when there is no follow up.

Called and left a detailed message about my fencing requirements. The ONLY company that didn't at least respond was Bowden. I would be very concerned with lack of communication before the projects starts...

I can’t recommend this company. The project was completed and the 3 men who installed the fence were excellent. But working with Jon and Alyssa was beyond difficult. Jon as a salesperson says everything you want to hear. But what he tells you isn’t what takes place. Alyssa spews she is excellent at her job and will come across “ rude” on the phone. I questioned the process and very quickly received a call from Jon reprimanding me for questioning Alyssa and “ I” was to be “ nice” to her. My question was when was my fence going to ordered from the supplier. I was told by Jon and Alyssa as soon as they received my 50% deposit. BUT it wasn’t ordered at that time. They tout they have been in business for years. I question the truth in that statement. It appears ownership changed with this company. There are to many fencing companies available to deal with this frustration. I regret using this company.
