Carroll Sons are a professional roofing and Gutter servicing company. I needed to have both gutter and roof repairs done. To me quality, professional and experienced workers is the most important aspect of having work done on the house. I had a number of items needing to be addressed and provided Chris with a list. The company sent 2 workers that worked their way down my list and did everything I needed as well as fixing things that I did not know needed attention. The roofers broke a storm widow on the top floor and left unconnected down spouts. Despite repeated requests and promises of repair these remain unfixed .

Chris Sennott and his crew did an excellent job putting on our new roof last week! Throughout the process of getting the estimate and scheduling the job, Chris was straightforward and very responsive by email and phone, and his pricing was quite reasonable based on the other bids that we received (plus he didn't push us to replace things that were still in decent shape). The job ended up getting delayed slightly due to inclement weather, but Chris kept us up-to-date on the revised ETA, and there's nothing you can do about rain! Leaky Roof..Carroll Sons owes me over $20K and I've had to file in SJC. They fired their lawyer and it was delayed. They rehired the same lawyer and now it is back to court. GUESS WHAT - they fired the same lawyer for the 2nd time. Another delay tactic? It will be almost 2 years before the next hearing - after someone figures out who their new lawyer is. This dispute could have been resolved in mediation, negotiation, first round legal but they are, apparently and in my opinion, hiding

Our roof was done in a timely manner but they did not finish the job. we cannot get in touch with them after trying multiple times.

Work is unfinished and John Sennott has my money. He refuses to return or refund my money. Shady dealings. I gave him lots of time. I will take him to court.
