I don't recommend them. They accepted my car, which arrived at the shop on a tow truck. They took a long time to tell me what was wrong with it. Then they told me they didn't have time for the diagnostic because they had too many cars in line. I spent a week without a car, having to rent one. After more than a week, they called to tell me they couldn't do anything because it was an electrical problem with the alarm and that I should take it to another mechanic. They charged me $160.00 for the diagnostic. I paid it and left with the car. I lost $300.00 on car rental and $160.00 for the diagnostic; I have everything documented. $460 lost. If they didn't know what was wrong with the car or didn't have the expertise, why did they leave it parked for a week without doing anything?

I had my car towed to Boss Auto Repair around February to replace my alternator when it broke down. They were quick and reasonably priced at the time, so I initially appreciated the service. However, since then, I’ve had to replace my alternator twice and it is now November. Replaced three times in a 9 month span.
The first time it failed again, my car was towed to a different shop. That shop informed me that Boss Auto Repair had used extremely cheap parts, which is why the alternator failed so quickly. and unfortunately, due to their negligence with my alternator, it killed my battery as well, so I had to fully replace that as well, even th...I had my car towed to Boss Auto Repair around February to replace my alternator when it broke down. The first time it failed again, my car was towed to a different shop. That shop informed me that Boss Auto Repair had used extremely cheap parts, which is why the alternator failed so quickly. and unfortunately, due to their negligence with my alternator, it killed my battery as well, so I had to fully replace that as well, even though it was relatively new. Since the alternator repair was under warranty, I had my car towed back to Boss (out of my own pocket because they no longer work with a tow company and failed to tell me). They replaced the alternator again in October.
Now in November, barely a month later, the alternator has blown out again. I’ve had my car inspected by two additional shops, and both confirmed there is nothing else wrong with my vehicle except that the alternator installed was a very low-quality part.
At this point, I’ve spent nearly $5,000 in one year dealing with alternator failures caused by their negligence. I would not recommend this shop due to the repeated issues, the cheap parts used, and the overall cost this has caused me.

BEST SERVICE EVER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Took my car in August. Needed new engine. Ordered a used engine. It came and wasn't the right engine. Returned the wrong engine and waited for the correct one. This whole process took 2 months. The owner and the service guys worked with my husband and I to make sure everything was 💯 percent right. They were all so patient, kind, understanding, nice, and very professional. They took such great care of my car and us. Couldn't have asked for better service and care. BOSS AUTO is Top Notch. Thank you all so much for working with us through this process. I am forever grateful. You guys are the BEST!

They are a local town favorite for a reason, I've went to them for a handful of issues and theyve always provided great service and competitive prices. They've repaired anything from coolant leaks on my car all the way to a broken door actuator.

They did phenomenal work and made appropriate recommendations, their rates are fair and honest. These guys play by the book and I would recommend using them in a heartbeat.
To top it all off they even found the root of the problem I was experiencing with my clutch pedal.
Y'all are amazing.
