Bosch Appliance & Repair technology.

Despite having the name Bosch in their name the technician had no experience with our Bosch refrigerator model. When dispatch answer the phone they don't mention Bosch, it only shows up if you search specifically for the name brand. Nice technician but he simply wasn't familiar with the product. He didn't know enough to reset a water filter setting that was preventing our ice machine from working. He charged me to clean the compressor instead. Lesson learned. Won't use them again.
