Drew came out today to my house and replaced my brakes, rotors, and an oil change, one hell of a nice guy, he shows you how much each item cost plus labor. He did a great job , we have not lived here very long in elizabethton but at least i found my mechanic for now on. Thank you for everything you did drew, i will be calling you for now on.
I do not write reviews very often, but I called at 6 pm & he was there in 20 mins to reattach a muffler from a broken hanger in freezing weather. Pretty much a handshake deal off the bat with a fair price. Highly recommend!
Ok Lets start off by saying I have never used a mobile service before . My RV upon arrival into the city had a big bang come from the motor and scared us all . Arrived at the RV park and waited for a bit and finally called Bolts and Bones service late on a Friday . I described the problem he actually came out after 5 pm on a Friday and diagnosed the problem . We were worried the engine was toast but that was not it at all. He diagnosed the problem . Quoted a price . Retrieved the parts and had us up and running by 730 pm . I mean wow what great service and very fast . Very knowledgeable and a very likable individual. I will use the service...
