So pleased and happy with the workers and the business. Bob the owner came to repair my garage door until the new garage doors came in. When my doors arrived Ken and his helper did a professional job. Answered all my questions and Ken came the next day to do adjustments on my garage doors. I recommend this company if you need new garage doors. Very professional.. got the job done in 1 day and reasonable!
I can't say enough bad things about Bob. He would never make an appointment with me, he just wanted to come over whenever. Then when he finally came. He was rushed, wouldn't listen to me, told me the door wouldn't function right because of cobwebs. Lol. After being there for less than 15 minutes, he charged me $75 and acted like he was doing me a favor. The door was not fixed. I called him and asked for my money back. He refused and told me it was fixed. He then told me he knew I would be an issue. I guess the customer trying to explain the problem makes them an "issue".

After getting quotes from four places, I decided to go with Bob’s Overhead Door, and glad I did. The quote was fast and fair, and I knew that they would service what they installed. It took less than a month for the doors to be shipped to them, and they were installed in one day by someone that had a lot of experience doing installations. The new doors are perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.
If you are not interested in doing a job then just say it! I contacted this company on 11/3 needing to have my garage repaired. I spoke with someone and explained what I needed done. He asked my location and stated, "He could get up this way". He then asked me to text him photos of the door issue, which I did. I never heard back from this company. BAD customer service. If you are too busy, don't want to travel to the location, or just don't want to do the job just say so! So SICK of these companies just not responding.
