We were greeted by Grace asking what we were looking for. She directed us in the right direction and stayed near to answer any questions we had. We found our perfect couch and were more than pleased with the price and quality of our new couch. Grace helped in every detail of what we needed changed and setting us up with delivery and warranty.

Krista greeted me warmly when I entered the showroom. She was very helpful and attentive. Her listening skills are professional, and she showed me a wonderful variety of product. When I found what I wanted, Krista was very professional in working with me on my purchases and scheduling a delivery date that worked well for me. I am really looking forward to the arrival of my purchases!

Im not sure if or when we will get our survey but we just bought a livingroom set from Bangor-Bobs. Krista was so amazing and patient. She was educational and convenient. The layout was user-friendly and made it easy to explore the options my family needed. Big shout-out to Richard, who helped us throughout the process! The sales staff were friendly and not constantly hovering over us like vultures. They were informative, respectful, and likable. When ordering our product, the online price was different from the in-store price, but they honored the lower in-store price, which meant a lot to us. I would definitely buy from them again if we need another couch, bed, or anything else!
